The Quantity Surveying programme of UCTS has received an international recognition from the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS) following a re-accreditation visit on 2nd August 2018. The accreditation panel consists of Prof. Dr. Anita Liu from Hong Kong Institute of Surveyor (HKIS), Sr Dr. Wan Maimun Bt Wan Abdullah from Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), Sr Ahmad Suhaimi Abdul Majid from Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and Mr. Goh Ngan Hong from Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV). In addition, Sr Chua Siow Leng was also in attendance to represent the Industrial Advisory Panel (IAP) of the QS programme.

The re-accreditation visit aims to ensure that undergraduate programmes in member countries fulfil the international requirements. The panel was satisfied with overall performance of the QS programme and had provided recommendations for further improvement. The accreditation panel has extended the existing full accreditation status of this programme for another three years which would encompass the cohorts graduate in 2018/2019, 2019/2020 and 2020/2021.
